1 *Egg
40 g *Caster sugar
1 zeste *Orange zest
50 g *Butter
3 cl *Orange juice
120 g *Plain flour
20 g *Almond powder
20 g *Almond
1 tl *Baking powder

Stap 1 /6
*Whisk together the egg, sugar and zest in a large bowl until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy. Then add the melted butter and orange juice.

*Gently fold in the flour, almond powder, almonds and baking powder. Mix gently until the dough is smooth.

*Preheat your appliance.

*Using a teaspoon, shape into balls and place in the madeleine moulds.
Stap 5 /6
*Check for doneness and restart if necessary.

*Turn out immediately and leave to cool on a wire rack.
